Schneller Prozess
Der Bewerbungsprozess geht in schnellen Schritten und ist angenehm transparent. Es gefällt mir, dass ich kläre Ansprechpartner habe und genau erklärt wird, was von mir verlangt wird. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn der Lebenslauf bei einer internen Ausschreibung nicht mehr notwendig ist. Besonders wenn man bereits langjährig bei der Firma angestellt ist sollte der Lebenslauf nicht mehr notwendig sein.

Es gibt euch nichts zu meckern, es war nur der falsche Job
Ich habe bei workwise einen Account und habe wieder einmal einen Job vermittelt bekommen, der überhaupt nicht zu mir passt. Ich suche eine remote Job, am besten in Berlin. Gerne mit viel kundenkontakt. Gerne auch international, ansonsten bin ich flexibel und vielseitig. Angeboten wurde mir einen Job in Saarbrücken, mit eher wenig kundenkontakt. Kann man besser machen. Die interviewerin war sehr professionell, wenn sie auch meine Verwirrung nicht verstand weil ich mich gewundert habe dass ich in Saarbrücken rauskam.

Our locations 

  • Our holding company MYRON was founded in New Jersey in 1949. Around 300 employees are currently employed in North America & Central America. 
  • ADLER Business Gifts opened in 1997 in Saarbrücken, the capital of Saarland, and currently employs around 200 employees. 
  • A majority of the products are personalized and refined by the sister company HCE GmbH, which was founded in 2009 and is based in Saarbrücken. HCE GmbH currently employs around 60 employees. 

The European headquarters in Saarbrücken is divided into the following departments:

Customer Service

Our Customer Service department consists of a dynamic team of around 40 dedicated employees, passionately focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers. One area of focus for our staff is language competency for different markets, including Germany, France and the United Kingdom. 

Office

Our office division is a versatile team comprised of approximately 40 staff members, covering different areas of specialisation such as Facilities Management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Product Management. 

  • The People & Culture team takes care of the wellbeing of our employees, recruits new talent and ensures a positive work environment. 
  • Product Management is dedicated to continuously improving our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
  • The IT department ensures the security and efficiency of our information technology and provides support in all technical matters across the company.
  • Facilities Management takes care of the smooth running of our offices and facilities, enabling our employees to concentrate on their work.
  • The finance department assists the management in budget planning and control and also acts as a point of contact for our customers. 
  • The marketing team develops creative strategies to strengthen our brand and attract new customers.

Sales
